What is Depression! How we manage depression in our daily life

Depression is not just a name it’s a very harmful and common disease in this time in our daily life every person in this time and our daily life facing depression even like a just a small kids and normal people and how we check we facing depression in our daily life it’s a very big signs just like anger, anxiety, insomnia, loss of interest, lack of sleep and not focus properly study work and not showing interest other things symptoms is that in last stage people just want do society beacuse he facing nervousness and not fully confidence like other people

How we manage depression in our daily life

Perform five time Salah offer and then recite holy Qur’an and then do early morning walk exercises yoga and then focus good diet and lots of intake water, juice fruits and salad and be positive and don’t lose hope and avoid mobile screening specially in night before sleeping and before sleeping we try that doing wazu and perform 2 rakat nafil tahajud and every problems discussed with Allah in night darkness and doing sajdah because every problem solution is just a one sajdah in front of Allah and then sleep recite ayatal kursi and then rubbing your hands in your hole body and then feel reluxe because we all are things we have give Allah soo why we could worry about our life even Allah gives a life soo he better thinks and knows ! I think now I quite here because it’s a enough content for depression and in the last thnx to Allah who gives me a power to write content for depression here and I discussed with u !
