Perform five time Salah offer and then recite holy Qur’an and then do early morning walk exercises yoga and then focus good diet and lots of intake water, juice fruits and salad and be positive and don’t lose hope and avoid mobile screening specially in night before sleeping and before sleeping we try that doing wazu and perform 2 rakat nafil tahajud and every problems discussed with Allah in night darkness and doing sajdah because every problem solution is just a one sajdah in front of Allah and then sleep recite ayatal kursi and then rubbing your hands in your hole body and then feel reluxe because we all are things we have give Allah soo why we could worry about our life even Allah gives a life soo he better thinks and knows ! I think now I quite here because it’s a enough content for depression and in the last thnx to Allah who gives me a power to write content for depression here and I discussed with u !

Firstly life is the just begining where we born in our life alhamdulillah with very hardness and with struggles because our structure and body process in mother tummy in 9 months where we eat in belly button subhanallah what is the creation our Allah subhanallah thek we life enter in our life with crying no body knows what we want just mother know to what we want then our life is going slowly slowly then we growing are all in same life routing and our Allah’s process then we grow soo we don’t know the our mothers and fathers and hardness then he and she sacrifice their life then after all we married then we don’t know the mothers respect and father respect the we just know the our wifes and children then we spend our life with our family how we forget their sacrifices and struggles in our life’s then we become parents soo we know responsibility parents then we said that our parents how did u manage children jus like me soo in the end it is life we always not here in life because we are all one day in graveyard because every taste the soul soo in our daily life we offer namaz Salah Qur’an regularly soo I think it is enough

In our daily life style what can I do for spend healthy life we do exercise in daily routine in early morning firstly we should offer namaz in our daily routine we should performed 5 times Salah mustly then good diet and then we should take sleep 8 hours mustly we feel very relaxed and also meet our friends and family members we should try to happy in every time and thinking always positive never think negative
